Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between SIROS ("Company," "we," "us") and you ("User" or "you"). This Agreement applies to your use of the SIROS ID platform (the "Service"), whether accessed via any of the clients provided by SIROS or by using the SIROS ID platform to issue or receive digital credentials and credential presentations. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Product/App, you acknowledge that you have scrolled through and actively clicked an "I Accept" button, thereby agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
This constitutes a legally binding "Click-Wrap" Agreement. We strongly recommend that you read these terms carefully. This Agreement defines the boundaries of trust between SIROS, the User, and relying organizations, allocating responsibility for potential fraud, misuse of digital credentials, and outlining your rights and responsibilities.

1.2. Version Logging and Notification of Changes: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes, and you will be required to re-accept the updated Terms to continue using the Service. We will maintain a clear log of which version of these Terms each user has agreed to. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
